HOW DO I SIGN UP?

You need to sign up with a standard customer account to participate in the Rewards Program. It is free to join with no ongoing fees. Simply sign up for an account here, or when completing check out.  

Refresh this page once you have a customer account and you are logged in.  Full details of the reward program are displayed below.  Click on the tabs on the left to view the rewards and the earning details.

HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE?

You have to be logged in.  There are several places you can see your points balance; on this page, or, go to your 'account' page, or, go to Cart.

The earn rate is 1 point per dollar spent excluding shipping costs.

The redeem rate is generally 30 points = $1 off.   There are also some free shipping and percentage discount offer options.

TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS:

1. Sign in
2. Add to your Cart

Option - Choose a Discount or Free Postage

1. Once signed in, scroll down on this page and click on the 'Get Rewards' tab
2. Choose your reward and follow the prompts

Option - On the Cart page, redeem any number of points over 30 points, and get a checkout discount code worth $1off for every 30 points

1. When you go to VIEW CART you will see a points redemption box with your current points balance displayed. 
2. Set how many points you want to use, click the 'Use Points' button, and a 'discount code' will appear.  COPY the code, and proceed to checkout
3. At checkout, above the Total, paste the code into the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' box, and press Apply
4. The points discount will be applied to the total at a rate of $1 discount per 30 points redeemed.
