 Checkout Problem

My Cart got emptied?

It can happen that you are browsing for a while, then get to checkout and find some items in your cart were sold out. If we had large quantities of each item this would not be a problem. However as we keep exclusive small runs of stock, it can happen that someone else online beats you to the purchase of limited stock. If this happens again and you become frustrated, send an email to support@nurturethenest.com.au and we will help.

How much does postage cost?
Express yellow satchel postage is offered at a flat rate of $10

How long will my items take to arrive?
We use Australia Post and items can take 2-8 working days to arrive depending on where you live. Items are posted from North Fremantle, Western Australia.

Is Tracking provided?

Parcel tracking is included in case the parcel gets delayed or lost.

Orders are processed and sent same day or next day.

Once your parcel is with Australia Post you will be able to track it via the AusPost mobile app. Download the app via this page and create a MyPost account. When setting up the MyPost account use the same email as you used when you placed your order with NtN.  That will link the parcel and you'll be able to track it.

Can I pick up my items?
Pickup is not available.  It has to do with keeping our insurance costs down.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
We currently only ship within Australia

What is Early Access?
Each week we release new stock at 5pm Perth time. We often give away ‘early access’, which allows a couple of people to shop on the Wednesday before 5pm, thus avoiding the rush and potential of ‘sold out’ items. They get first dibs on new stock for that week. Early Access can be won, or may be granted as part of promotions run from time to time.

Note, we do not have daylight savings here in Perth, so the release time at your location may vary during the year.

Do you have a group on Facebook?
Yes, our Facebook VIP group is an active and friendly place. It is a great source of information on new releases, give-aways, one-off items, and games.  It is a very interactive and amazing community on Facebook.  Look us up on Facebook
