It can happen that you are browsing for a while, then get to checkout and find some items in your cart were sold out.  Once an item is in your cart it's usually yours for the next 15 minutes, after that time it will still be in your cart, but others may be able to put it in theirs and get through checkout before you.  If I had large quantities of each item this would not be a problem.  However as we keep exclusive small runs of stock, it can happen that someone else online beats you to the purchase of limited stock. If this happens again and you become frustrated, send an email to support@nurturethenest.com.au and I will help.

How long will my items take to arrive?  
We use Australia Post and items can take 2-8 working days to arrive depending on where you live.  Items are posted from North Fremantle, Western Australia.  

How much does postage cost?  
Standard red satchel postage is offered at a flat rate of $8
Express yellow satchel postage is offered at a flat rate of $10
Both include tracking in case the parcel gets delayed or lost.

Can I pick up my items?
This used to be possible, however as my business has grown it has become tricky to coordinate pulling an order out of the cycle and having it at my doorstep to be collected on a particular day.  I do apologize if I have disappointed those who have relied on this in the past, please email me at valosh@nurturethenest.com.au if you would like to discuss.

Do you ship outside of Australia?  
We are happy to send items overseas at an adjusted postage cost.  Please email us your requirements and we will find out the best shipping option for you. We have restrictions on sending to some countries due to the high frequency of credit card scams operating in those countries.

Do you take clothes on consignment?  
No, we have a fantastic range of designer children’s clothes and some are preloved, in impeccable, as new condition. However we are running down this line to focus more on the brand new handmade garments.
